Everything comes in one after another, top to bottom and left to right. Arrows and lines draw in once the shapes they join are there. The downloaded SVG plays it wherever it is opened.
These replace effects set shape by shape. To give one shape its own, select it and use Animate in the panel.
Presentation steps
In Present and in the downloaded file, →, Space or a click on empty space takes the next step and ← goes back, as does a presenter's remote. Each step brings things in and moves the view.

An editable slide: shapes, text and arrows arrive as shapes, text boxes and connectors you can change in PowerPoint. What it cannot draw itself (masks, blurs, patterns) comes as a picture.
Publish to a link
Anyone with the link sees the drawing fill their browser window, as in Present: its animation plays and its keys, clicks and steps work. The link is unique and unlisted.
